I’ve been a very bad blogger as of lately! I promise to be better. I want to recap on cookies that we did this past weekend for a Penn State graduate! We always have a lot of fun with graduation cookies. For this graduate, we provided dark blue graduation caps, the Penn State Nittany Lions logo, and “We are Penn State!” cookies. Take a look! We were recently asked if we could make custom Marine cookies for our client, Sandy. Her son was getting ready to leave for Boot Camp and she wanted a special way to celebrate and congratulate him. These are the cookies we created for her!

This past weekend we celebrated Chris’ birthday, his family always does a big family get together as his birthday and his brother’s are 4 days apart. This year for his birthday he asked me to make him a chocolate cake with blackberry filling. This was an honor for me to do as his mom ALWAYS bakes the birthday cakes for the boys. Here’s the cake I made just for him!

Our client asked if we could provide her with a cupcake stand for her daughter’s bridal shower and this is the debut of our stand. We actually wound up having the stand custom built for us. My dad, a Yankee fanatic since his youth, grew up and lived most of his life in New York, lost his voice routing for his team last night. As a little girl I remember the first time I ever went to Yankee Stadium to see the Bronx Bombers play. What a rush it was sitting behind the Yankee dugout. There is nothing like being in Yankee Stadium! The energy that you feel…it’s AMAZING!

Halloween has to be one of my favorite hoildays, so when we were asked to make Halloween themed cookies for one of our birthday parties I was thrilled! The colors of the fall are so rich and vibrant that they can really brighten up a table. This birthday party was a fun combination of pumpkin, witches hats, candy corn and black scaredy cats.
