Themed bachelorette parties is all the rage right now! What better way to tie in the theme of either a lingerie party or “Sex in the City” inspired party than with cookies?! We have the most adorable corsets, that would work perfectly for these  types of parties! Or there is always, bras, panties and of course MARTINI glasses!

Halloween has to be one of my favorite hoildays, so when we were asked to make Halloween themed cookies for one of our birthday parties I was thrilled! The colors of the fall are so rich and vibrant that they can really brighten up a table. This birthday party was a fun combination of pumpkin, witches hats, candy corn and black scaredy cats.

Happy Friday everyone! This past weekend we made daisy cookie favors for one of the birthday parties we were involved with, what made these favors stand out was that the daisies were put on sticks and used as centerpieces.  It was a lot of fun working with the wonderful color combination and the floral arrangement.  It certainly was different, and very creative!

What a week this has been! I just had to take a moment to talk about “The Pink Veil Event” that we participated in yesterday. It was a fabulous event beautifully put together by Exquisite Bride in Millburn, NJ. We got to meet some fantastic brides,  see some familiar faces, and got to know some remarkable vendors.

We met Dave from The Studio Photographers who photographed our wedding favors the night before in Mallard Island! It was a pleasure to meet him and his wife who were taking photos of the event.

I can’t believe it’s already October! This is one of my favorite times of the year. I love the color change of the leaves into vibrant reds, oranges and yellows. The crispness in the air! It’s time for pumpkin picking, apple picking, warm apple cider and my favorite….cider doughnuts! Mmmmm!

Now down to business! We’ve had a very busy September….pics and blogs coming soon! This Sunday (October4th) we’re very excited to be participating in Exquisite Bride’s “Pink Veil Event!” It will be taking place at their bridal shop in Millburn, NJ. So if you are a bride to be and in the area be sure to stop by for an afternoon of fun and excitement with elite wedding vendors, celebrity makeup artists, the hottest trends in flowers, and designer dresses and of course….cookies!!!!

I also wanted to mention that we will also be participating in the second annual Combs for a Cure on October 11th at the Pink Comb Salon in Nutley, NJ from 12pm-4pm.
